3年以上具有工程项目销售经验(甲方房地产,设计院等等)
职责:
1. 负责公司产品的销售推广业务。
2. 负责在指定区域规划客户的销售活动,管理公司所销售产品的质量及服务。
3. 根据公司的中长期要求,明确本区域销售目标。
4. 贯彻并执行市场策略,进行严格地进度管理。
5. 注视市场的变化提出对应方案,定期汇报工作,包括:销售活动、合同状况,销售指标完成情况。
6. 发展、保持和更新销售产品知识。
任职资格:
,具有工程项目销售经验(甲方房地产,设计院等等)。
,建筑材料(建材)或装饰装修行业内一定的客户基础。
,思路清晰,思维敏捷。
,具有较强的客户服务意识和团队的合作精神。
